We are urging enthusiasts to oppose the National Landscape Conservation System Act.

The House Natural Resources Committee passed H.R. 2016, the National Landscape Conservation System Act, on March 12. Now it is scheduled for a vote in the full House on April 9th. We have asked you to weigh in on this issue several times in the past and you have responded, but unfortunately there is still more work to be done. (more…)

I just returned from New Mexico where I attended the Annual Conference of the National Association of OHV Program Managers held in conjunction with the National Off-Highway Vehicle Conservation Council (NOHVCC) Annual Conference. In attendance were representatives from the U. S. Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management and OHV land managers from various states as well as OHV enthusiasts. (more…)
