Klim Adrenaline Snowmobile Boot
Klim is at it again. They just can’t leave “good enough” alone, they have to do better. One of the biggest problems in the snowmobile industry is to find a boot that is both waterproof and one that can breath. It is rare to find one that will do both well. To often the boot is either waterproof, which then causes you to sweat which almost counters the waterproof quality. If that isn’t the problem is the other way where it isn’t water proof and your foot almost freezes off. Klim says they have the answer.
The new Klim Adrenaline Snowmobile Boot is about to revolutionizes the snowmobile industry. First for 2007, Klim claims it will do both, be waterproof as well as breath. Using their trademark Gore-Tex material they have figured out how to make the “Perfect” Snowmobile Boot. In addition to the Multi-Layer Gore-Tex that Klim uses in this boot, it also features 600 grams of 3M (TM) Thinsulate (TM) insulation. This is the top of the line insulation, the thinnest and the toughest out there. Combining these two materials with Klim’s experience in the Snowmobile industry is sure to make a great product. Not yet, we hear pretty good feedback about foot temperature in these boots. To make sure we understand, we assume your asking if your foot gets too hot when wearing these boots. This boot has an ability to release the heat of my feet so that they don’t sweat. With other boots, that was my biggest problem, my feet would sweat badly and very quickly become cold and sometimes extremely cold.
In rare occassions I’ll have to wear them inside the cabin or truck which will really spikes the temperature of my feet but it usually somehow manages to release enough of the heat that the boot minimizes the sweating that occurs. For me, not sweating was this boots best advantage.
